4. Minimum Service Charge for In-Person Calls

While estimates are free, a minimum service charge applies to any in-person service call that requires dispatching personnel, vehicles, or equipment to a location.

  • The minimum service charge covers travel time, on-site evaluation, and operational costs
  • The amount will be disclosed before work begins
  • No work will be performed without customer approval

5. Photo Uploads & Remote Estimates

Customers may upload 1–2 photos or text photos to assist with estimates.

By submitting photos, you acknowledge:

  • Photos are representative but may not show all underlying conditions
  • Final pricing may change after in-person inspection
  • Hidden damage or sub-surface issues may not be visible in photos

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

Road Repairman does not guarantee:

  • That repairs will fully eliminate all future cracking or deterioration
  • That existing sub-base, drainage, or structural conditions are free of defects
  • That repaired areas will match surrounding surfaces exactly in color or texture

Repairs are intended to improve safety, usability, and surface condition based on the agreed scope of work.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate property information
  • Having legal authority or permission to request service
  • Ensuring access to the repair area
  • Obtaining any required permits, approvals, or HOA permissions
  • Removing vehicles or obstacles from the work area

Delays caused by lack of access or approvals may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

8. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on scope, materials, labor, and site conditions
  • All pricing is confirmed before work begins
  • Payment terms are communicated prior to service
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or collection efforts

9. Weather & Scheduling

Pavement and concrete work is weather-dependent.

Road Repairman reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule services due to rain, extreme temperatures, or unsafe conditions
  • Adjust timelines based on weather or material availability

10. Independent Contractors & Scope

Road Repairman may perform services directly or coordinate with qualified contractors. Regardless of who performs the work, services are limited to the agreed scope only.

Any additional work requires separate approval.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Road Repairman is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Pre-existing surface or structural defects
  • Damage caused by underlying soil, water, or drainage issues
  • Normal wear and tear after repair completion

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

12. No Professional Engineering or Legal Advice

Road Repairman does not provide:

  • Engineering certifications
  • Structural guarantees
  • Legal or permitting advice

Customers should consult licensed professionals when required.
